Fromagerie ‘The Mill House’ is a family owned and run artisan cheese shop, specialising in fine cheeses and small goods. Fromagerie ‘The Mill House’ is located in Wesburn, a town within the beautiful Upper Yarra Region of the Yarra Valley, an area with a fast developing world class reputation for amazing food and wines.

With an accent thicker and harder to cut than his amazing Mature Gouda, it’s not hard to tell that Pieter is a recent import from Holland. Pieter brings with him generations of cheese-making knowledge and experience.

Together with his wife Nicky, they strive to produce the finest soft & hard cheeses in their own small local factory ‘Mill Grove Dairy’, and every step in the process is done carefully and lovinglyby hand in true Artisan fashion. Mill Grove Dairy’s cheeses truly reflect the passion and experience that these dedicated young entrepreneurs bring to the Yarra Valley.

Complimented with the finest cheeses from all around the world, there will always be something exciting to find. Fromagerie ‘The Mill House’ has everything to make a diverse cheese or ploughman’s platter which will not fail to impress. Sourcing products as locally as possible, the shop offers salami’s, crackers, quince pasts, chutneys, jams, olives, sundried tomatoes and all your other ‘on the side’ needs to compliment over 50 varieties of cheese, this is your ‘one stop’ cheese platter shop!

We are now open at: 2874 Warburton Hwy, Wesburn VIC 3799 (in front of ‘The Flying Apron Patisserie’). Opening hours are Wednesday to Friday 10am – 5pm and Saturday 9am – 5pm & Sunday 10am – 5pm
